Well first I was told that I qualified for an additional food card and then they rerouted me to a funeral insurance and extra insurance and then I was told no I didn’t qualify so it was like they couldn’t make up their mind and they were trying to sell me something but they said oh you’re allowed this food card and it was just back-and-forth I went through probably 15 different people.

My agent was very thorough. A suggestion is to let callers know beforehand that the process could take a while. I was on my phone for 2.25 hours around dinnertime. If I had known it would take that long, I would have called at another time.
