Ladies were nice enough but the repetition of questions through each one is tiring. After almost what seems 3 hours but only 1 hour you feel like hanging up. I had to sit in one position for that long and last one offered to call back but I knew I wouldn't not have answered. I finally did end the call. My question to you is, if they have all that information on their computer screens already, why not just ask the questions not filled in?
