Just tell the truth and stop changing the rules and your representatives should stop telling one thing only to say something else later in the conversation. Also very difficult to understand some of your representatives they have really poor English skills. We only talked on the phone. She was very nice in all but I called for the food card and she must of got side tracked cause she got my meds put in individual parts. That's nice but never got the food card. Hum.
