Believe all of this should have been settled BEFORE SRs started doing Medicare insurance etc, not wasting taxpayer dollars by paying callers to keep calling people 3-4 months into the year- you sign up believing set for year then “ oh we changed stuff”. Really? No way to run a business no wonder govt is in such trouble.
