Easy-to-use and very helpful

They were very particular about the Insurance thing. They explained everything in detail even answered questions.

Went through too many people asking same questions over and over the last girl yawned all the way through and when she was connecting me with doctor she ended the call doctor called me back

Actually everything went well until the last person tried to bully me into buying end of life insurance. He literally talked down to me and when I checked his additude he gaslighted me like I was someone he felt the need to insult and infuriate. Victor and iesha were wonderful and I'm impressed with their performance. But the last guy should take a course in empathy. Never use a man's illness against him. I've had reconstruction surgery to my penis and scrotum and my mental health is shot. Having a person speak to me like he did made me see red. I pray he doesn't handle in person meetings in this fashion because he would have been handled accordingly.

I asked for an agent and was told I was being transferred. Everytime I was hung up on. I didn't ask for this and for whatever reason it keeps messing up my medical insurance. Just letting you know that ai maybe covenant but people would rather talk to a human.
