How can yall make a person write a review and half of the stuff wasn't true

The persons on the other line were ALL very helpful and polite. They helped me get what I needed to get done get done.

It took way too long, too many transfer to another person repeating the same question. I should not have to be on the phone for over an hour with a company than I'm already insured through.

I talked to so many people on the phone today. I don’t even know who I’m making a comment on the process took a long long time and I don’t even think I’m done yet. They’re supposed to get back with me or something.
