I'd give 4 stars
I'd give 4 stars. The first person I spoke to was very nice, but he left off one of my specialist doctors and the 2nd person I spoke to was a little rude and rushed. I mentioned it to her but she didn't seem concerned. Other than that, it was fine. Thank you

MJ did an awesome job and he was so kind throughout the process very professional and patient! Thank you for solving my problem. I am sure me and Aetna will have a beautiful professional relationship. I just wish that once it was done a communication could have went out to stop all these harassing calls! However MJ was EXCELLENT!!! Represents well!

Non emergency transportation requests
Medicare transferred me to healthcare select for non emergency transportation. Instead of addressing my inquiry agent kept throwing other services at me. They then hung up on me when I showed no concern in other services. They never addressed my transportation issue.
