I called about a prescription issue. I found out I was not receiving the coverage I needed as a diabetic. Got things changed around effectively and efficient manner. Very friendly help. A lot to try remember. I thought he told me my meds would mostly be covered. I can't remember exactly when he said I should receive my cards. But as of today I still haven't received nothing on the insurance. Red, white, blue card.
