Being able to understand what Medicare supplement they're getting what is going to cost the staff is very friendly customer care is very friendly
Being able to understand and explain to me what I am getting and everything about the plan. Staff is really great customer service is awesome everyone I talk to is very friendly and nice they need a raise.

Lorenzo Conner was Great! The process just takes too long. Then you are transferred to more people and that takes more time. I’m not one who likes to be on the phone for long periods of time.
