I first talked to the agent for Indiana, Christopher he was so kind and very informative. I explained my experience when I called and talked to a lady when I first found out that I was going to be on Medicare, she told me that she couldn't help me and was very rude and just obnoxious, and I asked her is what was the difference between the plans and then she said I can't tell you what they are,!? I was so confused about what I was getting into and nervous about choosing the wrong plan. But Christopher was so kind and helpful and very professional. Then I was transferred to and gentlemen name Dave Lane and he was also very kind and helpful and also helped to understand what is going to happen and made me feel comfortable and better knowing that I had these two and and awesome gentlemen to help me understand and very patient and explained everything to me. Dave has an great sense of humor and when I was done with the process I was feeling great about how they help me and was so kind.
