I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the poor customer service I received from Candace Hatcher at Healthcare Select. During our phone conversation, Candace was rude and unprofessional. When I asked questions about my healthcare coverage, she was unable or unwilling to provide clear answers. Instead of listening to my concerns and assisting me, she responded in a dismissive manner. The situation became even more frustrating when she abruptly ended the call and hung up on me before my questions were answered. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when customers are seeking important information about their healthcare. I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to ensure customers are treated with professionalism, respect, and courtesy in the future.
