The lady I spoke to was the best! When I called I had already spoke to an agent a week prior from a different company and she totally had confused me and had me thinking I was loosing another health plan come August:the whole time I was talking to her I was on that plans website and it was saying I was still active and there was nothing saying I was loosing it. She also had me paying for things I couldn’t afford telling me that’s just how it is. Anyhow I sat on that for a week just sick at my tummy. Didn’t know what I was going to do, so I found this number and called. GUESS WHAT?? Still active on my plan she said I was loosing!!! On top of that The HealthCare Select agent fixed the issue I had with my new plan, found extra coverage with nothing coming out of my pocket plus extra funding and hooked me up! Thank you so much! Wonderful company to work with! Explains everything in detail!! Hung up the phone feeling much better!!
