I appreciated the professionalism and knowledge my agent showed. I was very confused with all this Medicare stuff, I decided to just stay with the original Medicare package. After talking with Mr. Mercer, he showed me everything I was losing out on by doing so. Ive worked hard all these years paying into Medicare, I want what is due to me.

I was walked thru all to expect. They were both very kind and respectful. They did try to connect me to the phone doctor visit, the recording said I had a two minute wait I was next in line, but, after waiting 30 minutes on hold for the phone doctor to come on line , I gave up, and hung up.
