It made me feel comfortable with the agent who helped me through the decision making.I would recommend any and everyone to sign up for the health care select.

There was a rude customer service representative. I was told that she wasn’t there to argue with me! Couldn’t believe it lol. Her job is literally to argue with me . I had questions, she had a scrip to read . I couldn’t get her to stop with the robotic script reading and answer a question I had about what she just said to literally “ save my ass”! And get this 10 words before I asked my question by interrupting her given scrip , she read from her sheet “ and I’ll gladly answer all questions! Obviously I felt lied too , she most certainly was not glad to answer questions, the second day felt like a rude intrusion rather than a nice check up call. She could have de escalated several times but chose to not be there to argue with me. I figured there was no reason for to waste anymore of anyone’s time with this kind of response so I ended the call retrieving my time . I already worked for 45 years at places I knew I was there for whatever the customer wanted and was concerned about . Thus my title , customer service representative. I surely would have been fired for telling a valued customer, I wasn’t there to argue with them lol

I didn't want it. I was sent there and was never told I was going there and I really don't need it.

Everyone was so helpful. Explained my benefits. They were willing to listen to what I needed and figure out what was best for me

Bait and switch and ads are misleading.
