If I could give negative infinity stars, I would. My experience with this agency was alarming and deeply unprofessional. After speaking with an initial health insurance representative, I was transferred to a broker named Ryan Suroz. He presented two options: MassHealth around $1,300/month and a private plan, First Health, at $700/month. Because my preference was the First Health plan, he went over the details—claiming there were no deductibles for hospitalizations, ultrasounds, or surgeries, with costs of only $25 for a doctor visit, $50 for urgent care, and $50 for a specialist—and then asked for my personal details followed by my credit card information. When I asked him to email me the policy documents before I provided payment, his demeanor completely changed. He became aggressive, rude, and intimidating. He insisted that 'no broker in the US will email documents,' demanded to know why I needed to shop around or see details when he had access to the options, and questioned my authority to make health insurance decisions. His tone grew increasingly hostile and scary, repeatedly blaming me for 'not paying attention' just because I wanted to review the paperwork. I hung up the call, but the harassment didn't stop—now my husband and I are flooded with dozens of spam calls from multiple numbers. This predatory behavior and bullying tactics are unacceptable. Stay away!

Aggressive and 100% scary. When I wanted to pause my inquiry into their services I said so and hung up. The representative repeatedly called me back getting more hostile each time. He even referenced my age trying to intimidate me.

I entered my information and was called immediately. WHich is fine. The agent then proceeded to talk over me, tell me that NOTHING was going to be sent to me in writing till I decided on what plan I wanted, and then interrupted me 5x during the call so they could continue what I would call a scripted reply to any question that was just nonsense. I would rather buy insurance from a guy on the corner selling dogshit.

Do not contact this "company" because you will literally be harassed ALL day, by phone, text and email! Even after you contact them, their "agents" will swear at you when you ask for a supervisor, call you stupid and be as abusive as that is apparently the company moto! They do not offer actual assistance to get you insurance either, because they will only "offer" the most expensive plans and don't ask if you prefer any particular provider or anything else that they SHOULD be asking if they actually wanted to help people!!!

I filled out a questionnaire in order to get information on insurance. I unchecked the box giving consent for them to send me text messages, and almost immediately I began to receive non-stop text messages. This site appears to be a scam that sells your information to individuals selling insurance.

I completed a form and clicked a very clear button to request viewing plan options... and instead had my phone number given to dozens of brokers in my area. Now, I'm getting texts and phones calls non-stop for several days.

I put my information on the form and clicked the submit button which said to see their pricing. Instead a message came up saying they would give me a call, no pricing was given on the website. That was 4 days ago and I'm still receiving multiple phone calls each day from the same number, except the last 2 digits are different. Each time I ask to be removed from their internal call list and they hang up immediately. Do not enter information on the website unless you wish to receive relentless calls at all times of the day, even when you've made it clear you're not interested.

They will not stop calling. I told them the first time to stop calling, I was not interested. They call from different phone lines, so I keep blocking them, if I do answer they just breath into the phone. What a nightmare!!!
