What a great service.
Warning!!!!! This is a scam. I used this service once and then they automatically charged me $20 per month on my credit card for 10 months before I caught it. Beware!

Just awful
Just awful. After having the service for months and not using it, I decided to call to cancel. Multiple calls later and they still haven't cancelled it. I keep disputing the charges and keep calling but always get someone who couldn't care less about their job saying "no one's available in that department, but I will pass the message along" all BS. Legal action will be taken after my next call and they give me the run around again.

Hi Joshua, we checked our records and we did receive your call and the cancellation team properly canceled your account and sent out a confirmation email 2 months prior to this review shown here. We do apologize for any confusion. Your account has not been charged for several months now as you can confirm with your bank. If you'd like to reach back out to us we can provide you with the proper information and can resend any emails (date stamped) that had been previously sent. Sometimes our emails may end up in your SPAM folder, so please check there for any emails you believe you have not received from us. We truly appreciate your business! Thank you for choosing HealMe MD.

No one ever got back to me
No one ever got back to me. Also, i found it difficult to contact someone directly for a refund.
