From day one Sam helps you find the root cause of your addiction and gives you the tools on how to overcome everything that has affected your life. Meetings each Thursday with Sam and a group of other men is always great way ask questions and learn from other men’s experiences too. It’s completely changed my life and how I think and look at the life. It’s given me a purpose now and confidence I had never had.

I felt like I was "good" 99% of the time but the 1% of my life--my destructive and unwanted sexual bondage--was ruining the rest of my life. Through Sam's program I've learned that I don't have to be perfect and I'm not defined by my failures or my successes. I have learned so many practical tools to be able to handle day-to-day stressors and be more in control of my response when triggers or stressors do come. My wife and I have also grown in how to discuss this topic in a way that builds trust and helps grow our relationship. I cannot stress enough how much this program has influenced my life. Sam has helped me become the person I've always wanted to be and my wife always believed I could be. Praise God for Sam and this program!

Simply put Sam is a healer. His program is amazing. I was an alcoholic and a porn addict, I had lost everything I loved and cared for in life. I am now four months sober and have learned a lot about myself. I am rebuilding the relationships I had destroyed in a positive and new way. I have built up self-esteem through Sam’s self compassion exercises. I have separated myself from addiction. I have come to terms with guilt and shame. I view myself in a completely different light and I look forward to the future and fulfilling my goals to become the best version of myself as a person, father and husband. This is not a complicated course. Sam’s framework can be applied to a lot of different situations and a lot of different problems. The solutions are great and always lead to a positive outcome based on understanding , reasoning, and applying these basic principles through his filtering process. I love my new life, living, clean, free and healthy. I’m looking forward to the future and not tying myself to the past. Sam’s weekly coaching calls are extremely helpful and very insightful as it involves other people struggling with similar problems as well as listening to and guiding you through difficult situations in your life as it arises, these calls have at times been the best part of my week and all I had to look forward to during dark moments. I really enjoyed working with Sam. His insights and advice were spot on. I felt very comfortable sharing and explaining my thoughts and feelings to him, and felt like he genuinely cared and was tailoring the curriculum to my needs. I found Sam and his Podcast earlier this year. I joined his program and have really feel changed and armed with tools to handle life una more healthy way. Through this program I have found freedom, not only from pornography but also from deeper emotional and personal problems I didn’t even realize were there. My relationship with my wife has improved, we have better more open communication and through the guidance of Sam, there are no more dark corners from the past, and it has been freeing, it has brought a peace in my life I have rarely felt and never sustained until now. If you are struggling don’t do it alone get help. Truly Sam and his program will help and give you the tools you need to really make progress and overcome the problem!

I found Sam through his podcast and signed up for the 12 week program. The program truly works if you put in the effort to learn and practice the material. Sam has been an amazing help throughout the way, helping me break down situations, listening to my issues and helping me overcome them. He has helped to slowly mend my relationship with advice and resources and put me in tune with my own emotions. The group calls are insightful even if you have no updates, they helped me feel like I was not alone. Overall I would highly recommend this program to anyone seeking to overcome their addictions or habits.

I came to Sam and his program to help with a problem I didn’t fully understand or know how to work through. Porn became a large part of my life and created so many challenges for me. Sam helped me through it all and I can honestly say without his guidance and support I wouldn’t be here today living my life porn free and feeling like I can enjoy and experience my life to a whole new level. Prior to joining the program I had started listening to Sam’s podcasts and found them to be very beneficial. I was hearing so many parallels to my own experiences and that’s when I felt Sam could give me a really good shot at overcoming my problem with porn and all of the fallout as a result of my struggle. I had reservations about how the program worked.. especially the group session weekly calls. I gave it a shot anyway based on my experience with the podcasts. I quickly found that the group sessions were helpful in ways I hadn’t considered. Hearing others talk through similar struggles, what works for them, and hearing Sam address questions and concerns helped me not feel alone in this. It also helped me consider new ideas or even help me understand things I wasn’t even aware of. I always tried to come prepared with what I wanted to focus on and what I was getting stuck on. Sam never failed to address what I had and if I tried something that didn’t work, he was ready with a new approach or strategy. Outside of the group calls Sam also makes himself available through multiple communication channels. This was helpful for times where I felt I was dealing with something time sensitive or didn’t feel comfortable talking about with the group. I can’t say enough good things about Sam and this program. I hope for anyone that’s struggling they end up here and can come out the other side porn free. It’s life changing and worth the time and money investment of this program.
