Attending the HISA Youth Dialogue (HYD) 2024 was a profoundly enriching experience that broadened my horizons and deepened my understanding of global issues. The event brought together a diverse group of young leaders from around the world, fostering an environment ripe for collaboration, learning, and innovation. The workshops and sessions covered a wide range of topics, from diplomatic education and international relations to sustainable development and social entrepreneurship. Each session was led by experts who provided valuable insights and practical knowledge. One of the most impactful sessions for me was on sustainable development, where we discussed actionable strategies to address pressing environmental challenges. The opportunity to network with like-minded individuals was one of the highlights of HYD 2024. I met passionate and dedicated young leaders who are making significant impacts in their respective fields. These connections have opened up possibilities for future collaborations and joint initiatives aimed at driving positive change. The mentorship sessions with experienced diplomats and leaders were incredibly valuable. Their guidance helped me gain a deeper understanding of the complexities of international relations and the importance of effective communication and negotiation skills. This mentorship has equipped me with the tools needed to navigate the challenges of diplomatic work. HYD 2024 was a catalyst for my personal and professional growth. I attended the HISA Youth Dialogue 2024 in Budapest from May 17th to 20th and it was an exceptional experience from the day I was selected to the end. Great staff, great environment in a lovely city such Budapest. The had experts delivering master classes and workshops. Thank you all delegates for such amazing experience and also thank you HISA for the whole event. I’d highly recommend HISA for anyone looking for top experiences in youth leadership, sustainable development and public policy.

It was a wonderful experience knowing different ideas by youth from all around the world along with sharing and hearing experiences of all working in different sectors to bring their country forward.
