A total con they are thieves. I signed up for guided meditation it seemed good but then it changed with big gaps in between no good for me whats the point if no talking on it. Waste of money. You pay for something and recieve something else. I didnt use it again realised they conned me. I have dyspraxia so helps you concentrate when guided. Now a year later they have taken the money again from my debit card. The Bank put a block on my card but advised i ring them for a refund as much quicker. I have tried to find ways to contact them but havnt been able to do that filled in form cant send. Will keep on trying. Good meditation on You Tube free. This company is a cowboy company dont waste your money very expensive and complete waste of money. Please advise how do you contact them as googled clicked on and got no where so far.

Their business practices are scammy and akin to places like Amazon. They trick customers into paying more than they need to. They operate like any other for-profit capitalistic large company. Their customer service sucks. You can't talk to a real person, call or email directly. You'd be wise to remember that this is a huge multimillion dollar corporation, and they treat their customers with zero respect. They are trying to make the most money they can and truly do not care about people. Dump them.

I'm not customer but I was planning to subscribe headspace but with all negative comments and horrible customers service I'm definitely staying away from this scam business, thank you all for the comments. However to headspeace please be responsible for your customers service and don't be dishonest to your customers.

Stopped the renewal months ago yet today my account was debited with £71.88. How can a company deemed to be trying to alleviate stress behave in this way. I am absolutely furious.

When I followed the steps to cancel my subscription, I reached a screen that gave me several options for renewing, but no option for canceling. I tried to send an email to the help center, but that was not working on their Web site. My card was just billed for a one-year renewal that I do not want. I am disputing this through the credit card company. I have an extremely low opinion of Headspace's tactics.

awful customer service.. in fact, none. I am definitely talking to a bot.. trying to get a subscription cancelled. It's impossible, a kafkaesque nightmare. Ironic as this is meant to aid mental health and well-being.

As others have noted, Headspace is virtually impossible to cancel. I thought I had resolved the issue but have been charged yet again $94.99 for a service that I believed was cancelled. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I had to apply to iTunes because I had signed up through iTunes. The company will not take responsibility for its own predatory billing practices.
