I cancelled my subscription in May but they still took £49.99 from my account In July when subscription would have been due. I have sent several emails to which they have not responded. I will not recommend this app to anyone.

Warning!!! Started a free trial and now I can't cancel my subscription. As I switched from an iphone to an android phone I can not cancel my subscription as set up on itunes. As you need to use an apple device to log on to itunes. Unlike other apps there is no cancel my subscription or turn off auto renew on the app. This results in them taking lots of other payments from lots of people. See the other reviews, lots of people having this issue with headspace. . I can neither get my money back or cancel. Pretty terrible considering they are marketing themselves as a well being product.

Absolute scam. Charged me for a subscription I had already cancelled, with no warning. Contacted customer service and went around in circles with no refund. Then said I had to contact apple to fix. Apple can't help. Total money grabbing scam. Avoid.

If you have trouble sleeping, take a shot of whiskey before you go to bed. Or, just hit YouTube and there's tons of free information/sleep aids/sound machines there. This is a money grab.

Used headspace last night for the first time in well over a year. This morning my account was charged $100 for annual subscription. No notice, no way to arbitrate the charge. Complete crap.
