SCAM ALERT! Charged me a year subscription although I had canceled the subscription just five days before. what a joke! I still have the email proof with me. Requested refund and will delete my account right afterward.

Absolutely horrible. Wanted Headspace to help me sleep and spent a horrible few stressful hours first listening to rain for about an hour, then went on to the spoken word. So irritating! Ridiculously slow speech, just annoying, not relaxing at all. Turned off feeling more stressed than when I started. Fortunately was able to cancel the following day. I would not recommend this.

This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with an application. I downloaded headspace months ago to my phone while traveling and barely used it. Then I came up on an ad on FB and decided to enroll to participate in the John Legend Meditation series. The problem came when I tried to get back into the application, the app would tell me my password was wrong. I kept resetting it and continued to have the same issue, although I could login online https:// I have had multiple email exchanges where they continue to tell me to reset my password or they do it for me. Nothing helped and of course no phone numbers to actually talk to anyone. Really, really poor-terrible customer service. The opposite of a "calm" or "relaxing" experience. I'm going to continue to rely on the Calm app and my Fitbit.

Muy molesta con los cargos no autorizados. Adquirí el plan familiar el día 20 de febrero de 2021 por todo un año y ayer 01 de febrero me hicieron el cargo nuevamente como renovación cuando yo no lo autorice ni me avisaron que lo harían en esa fecha. Mandé email y no he recibido respuesta favorable para la cancelación de la suscripción y devolución de mi dinero. Hoy reviso la cuenta y resulta que ya no se puede usar y tengo ahora otro cargo por 1319 y me cambiaron ahora la fecha de renovación. Necesito la cancelación y la devolución de mi dinero.

I unsubscribed and got charged the annual fee. The scripts are idiotic, there are better meditation tapes on Youtube. Headspace is the worst subscription I have ever used.

A very sick app run by sick people who have created something to extort money from vulnerable people. Please don’t subscribe to this company unless you have £50 to spare a month. Or if you do at least do so with your eyes open. If you download the app (intentionally or otherwise) on App Store after a week you will be charged £50. Just beware.

This is what I wrote to Headspace a week ago after getting an email from them thanking me for letting them take more money out of my account. Still waiting for a response. Seeing their low rating on Trustpilot, I now understand why. "Dear Headspace, When I signed up for this app for one year on 11 August 2020, I was not aware that I would be put on on auto renew. The app is designed in such a way that it is not possible to see that there is an auto renew from the account profile in the app itself, nor indeed from the list of subscriptions under the Apple ID. Not very transparent or customer friendly. If someone is automatically on auto renew, you could at least do them the courtesy of sending an email reminder that they are about to renew and give them the option to cancel before a deadline. Instead, you hide this feature and just take the money. Pretty disappointing. I could have expected something like this from a more disreputable business, not from a leading mindfulness app that I have grown to enjoy and trust over the years. I would appreciate it if you could refund my money now. I cannot use Headspace if I do not trust your business. PS: If your response says 'well mate, read the pages of T’s and C’s - it’s all in there!' I will be disappointed even more. Hiding such fundamental matters as a year of payment in long pages of legalese is not a good way to build trust with subscribers. But you know this already, right?"
