In reply to people who had their money siphoned off, Headspace took unauthorized payments, £10 monthly, from my Paypal for nearly 2 years. I had no idea. I began those "free" sessions and when I finished I left it there. In January 2019, there was a yearly offer cheap enough, I took it. So I was paying twice. Monthly and yearly. Thanks to a review which said that Headspace answered rapidly on Twitter, I opened a Twitter account and they answered immediately. To cut the story short, I ended up by tweeting Andy Puddicombe, Sean Brecker and Rich Pearson, the 3 CEO, to get a full refund. Which I did in 3 days! So you know what to do now. Go on Twitter. They are afraid of bad publicity.

Good app in terms of excellent meditation you can do anywhere anytime so long as internet. However app frequently just stops. And once you realize this can happen, you are stressed during your meditation that it will happen. That does not exactly enhance the meditation process. Customer support simply does not exist, they never get back and hope you'll just go to their FAQs page.

The app is good but customer support is slow. It is a lot of money for what they offer Be careful u don’t sign up to automatic renewal - difficult to cancel, No telephone support. Took 10 days but finally did get a response; changed rating from one star to 3 stars as the app is good if u r willing to pay

Headspace what are you doing? Once again instead of rewarding loyal customers, you try and get new ones by offering cheap deals. Your business plan should also be trying to keep those of us who have been members for a few years. Why I am paying more than someone who has just joined. You did this previously and then offered a refund of the difference but I would rather not have to write a review like this. Andy P is great and it's a shame that this type of business attitude will marr my view of Headspace once again.

I like using the app, But was disappointed when they automatically billed a $95 renewal fee to my credit card. When I tried to get a refund, I was told I could not. But they quickly resolved the problem. Perhaps they’re reading these reviews, and seeing the error of their billing ways - or perhaps my customer service rep had just meditated using the app. Either way, I appreciate their responsiveness and help.

I paid to subscribe to Headspace in the hopes of unlocking all the mediations for sleep etc ...so I pay a years subscription only to find only a few of the videos get unlocked and not all of them. They then ask me to pay the same money again to go premium.... That's a bit unfair isn't it? Considering I didn't know I wouldn't be getting all the videos in the first place... Very unhappy with this.

I did upgrade to the paid version of Headspace. They were offering a 3 month membership at a steep discount and I thought why not?The paid membership opens up a bunch of different modules which delve into different modalities of meditation and mindfulness methods.I did the creativity, focus and happiness modules The creativity module teaches you this fractionation technique where you focus your attention but then let your mind run and think about whatever, which is supposed to make you more creative. The happiness module focused on a gratitude exercise and focusing in on the emotions of gratitude. The focus module entailed an exercise of focusing on different parts of the body. In general meditation has been great for my focus and happiness, but these Headspace modules have really not made me anymore creative, focus or happy. Headspace is great training wheels for learning meditation but it’s not what’s going to take me from being an intermediate meditator to a truly advanced one. The main utility of Headspace is guided meditation and after almost 3 years of meditation I’ve kind of figured out a meditation process that I really like and the guiding voice is distracting from what I want to focus on in my practice, which is… Taoist breath counting Blue Sky mode Empty mind The Cool Draw sex transmutation visualization I find that when there’s no little voice in my ear buds and I’m truly alone with myself for 20 minutes; I can go deeper and it’s more of an intensive focus exercise.

I thought it was great at first, but I've gone from happiness to creativity and it's the same meditation, £75 for the same meditation but slightly different words isn't too creative. Think of a light and exspand, I could of learnt that in one session. Thanks for your instant reply, in fareness I haven't given it enough time so I'll try a different meditation and see.
