Instant Karma
A day without Andy is day I'm not as relaxed and present. headspace has changed my life as without a guided meditation practice, I just won't find the time. I love Andy's voice too. Instant Karma.

I have found learning to meditate with …
I have found learning to meditate with headspace to be very helpful in everyday life. I feel that headspace was able to provide visualization that really gave me a good understanding of meditation.

would recommend to everyone
would recommend to everyone! stick with it for awhile to give it a chance. beneficial for feeling more refreshed and the small amount of time it takes completely resets my day. helps with perspective, problem solving and packs a punch for time invested.

Headspace has changed my life
Headspace has changed my life. I feel like Andy is a personal friend, and he's there to help me through my day. I've now been using Headspace for about 9 months, and I am certainly noticing the difference in my everyday life. I only meditate for 15 minutes every morning, but now I can feel the effects throughout my day, keeping me calm and much more aware in my daily life. That's all you need. There are so many programs to choose from, I'm sure there's something for everyone there. I've encouraged a lot of my friends to use Headspace and I highly recommend it for everyone.

I've been experimenting with lots of …
I've been experimenting with lots of meditation over the last couple of years, but found Headspace a great tool to help me develop a fit mind! It evolves adds new features and themes, love the animations and bring them to mind regularly. x
