Shame on whoever runs and works for this company!!! I hope someone takes a serious notice of the complaints around here. This company’s goal is ONLY to take your money! I cancelled my trial subscription just before the 2-week trial ended, therefore stopped having access to the app after cancellation. Only to find out that I was billed with the annual charge after more than a year the subscription was cancelled and never renewed ever! How do you make sense of that?!! They make and WILL make your mental health WORSE! Do not subscribe unless you are sure to be using their app FOREVER! They do not care whatsoever to any of your issues or complaints. No wonder they never pick up their phone! Their email is a bunch of copy and paste flowery words that do not make sense and help with your issues. Take a look at what everyone else’s comments around here - those are absolutely rated 1 star for a very healthy good reason! If only I could rate zer0! They take advantage of people. They have NO values in place, despite of what they claim on their website. Headspace, if no one can get to you, hope KARMA really does, sooner or later!

Fraud. They decline refunds even. If you are EU citizen you can file a complaint.

I had a note on my calendar to cancel my subscription on 6th August as my original one started on 8th. I went on the app and cancelled but it said i could use the app until August 2025. When i checked, my credit card had been debited 2 days earlier than expected. I have requested a refund but they refused, saying i had not cancelled before renewal date. I again explained that they charged me and renewed 2 days early but they still refuse a refund. It's not like i will be using it or costing them any money if a did. For a company that claims to look after people's mental health, this is absolutely disgraceful.

Leider bin auch ich auf den 7 Tage Testzeitraum reingefallen. Ich hatte sofort gekündigt, damit ich erst gar nicht in das Abo falle. Scheinbar hat es Headspace aber so hinbekommen, dass man noch mal irgendwo extra kündigen muss (?). Auf jeden Fall hat es jetzt den Monat abgebucht. Was ich traurig finde: eigentlich wollte ich sogar ein Abo abschließen. Aber weil man hier so hinterhältig agiert gehe ich lieber aus Prinzip zur Konkurrenz wie Calm oder 7 Mind. Schade Headspace.

Absolutely awful customer service. No warning that the annual subscription would be taken from your account and, even though I contacted them on the same day asking for it to be refunded, they would not return my money. Very unprincipled organisation.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. U can't cancel subscriptions from within the app, only thru google play. In my case it doesn't appear on google play so it can't be cancelled. It's driven me insane trying to cancel it. They r charging me 99 a yr and there's nothing I can do about it. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

I canceled my subscription. I can't even see it in my subscription list on my phone. The company renewed my subscription, I emailed same day and they refused to refund my money. UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR A TWO YEAR SUBSCRIPTION DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS COMPANY!

Sub auto-rolled over (unwantedly, as my daughter's sub covers me). I contacted them the next day but they declined to refund it. "Headspace has one mission: to improve the health and happiness of the world." Yeah, right! Considering it's an app promoted for people under mental stress (and often associated financial stress), and that I'm still a customer of theirs that they are not helping at zero cost to themselves, I'd rate them 0 if I could.
