Years after cancelling my subscription they randomly charged my credit card. Support is not helpful, just says "No refunds" and no further answers.

Abzocker-Verein! Ich habe ebenfalls eine 14-tägige Testversion abgeschlossen und es wurde direkt ein unkündbares 1-Jahres-Abo. Ich wurde nur auf Google verwiesen..... witzig!! Bei Google erreicht man nie jemanden. Ich bleibe nun wohl auf den 58 € sitzen. Wir sollten eine Sammelklage gegen Headspace anstreben. Passt bloß auf und testet die Software nicht!!!!!

I signed up for the free trial of Headspace, thinking it might help with stress and mental well-being. However, I quickly realized the app wasn’t for me and planned to cancel before the trial ended. I *forgot* to cancel, and within *hours* of being charged for a full year, I reached out to customer service, explaining my mistake and requesting a refund. They flat-out *refused*, showing zero flexibility or understanding. What makes this even worse is that this is a product meant to improve mental health, yet their rigid refund policy and lack of empathy caused nothing but frustration and stress. It’s ironic and disappointing that a mental health app would treat its users so poorly, prioritizing profit over people. For an overpriced service, you'd expect better customer care, but clearly, Headspace doesn’t care about supporting its users—just about locking them into subscriptions. If you’re thinking about using this app for peace of mind, beware. It’s more likely to cause you stress than help reduce it!

Leider Betrug! Ich habe die 14 Tage Probezeit gewählt und zwei Tage vor Ablauf in der App das Abo storniert trotzdem wurde mir heute der Betrag für das Jahresabo abgebucht. Werde ich sicher nicht weiterempfehlen.

Canceled subscription but they charged me for a year. The chatbots told me i could go F myself so i will now. Also terrible meditations and awful interface , it all sucks

Poor mindful service and app. If you really want to learn and practice try Healthy Minds instead. Plus is the worst customer service!

Worst app ever. I had an appointment with a coach from this app. I log on ready for my appointment and was told the care team was unavailable and to check back later. That is totally unacceptable especially since I had an appointment. Needless to say I contacted my medical insurance company and told them how worthless this app is. I think this app is nothing but a SCAM.
