This app changed my life. The amount of exercises they have is unbelievable. First off the packs they have to choose from are anywhere from happiness to stress allows you to meditate on the things that matter to you in your life right now. The singles are great 3-20 minute meditations in case you want to do something a little different or let's say you wanted to do a meditation that is perfect for a meeting you don't want to go to; well you have your choice of interviews, presentations and the list goes on in the singles category. Headspace even has minis which cover short 1-2 minute meditations (something that has improved my mental well being at work). My favorite is the everyday meditation which is always different you can choose to meditate for 3-20 minutes and Andy's everyday wisdom is just what I need to keep things simple. For the pros out there who have done this for a while you can meditate up to an hour on this app included in the daily pack and the guided/meditation section.

Since becoming a subscriber 6 months ago, there has been a huge difference in my anxiety level. It's comforting to know I can recall the techniques learned from the app when in the midst of a crisis or simply in a stressful situation at any point in the day. Short, easy sessions and the soothing tone of Andy's monologues make this app a tool I use daily, sometimes several times a day. It has taught me a better way of viewing and experiencing life.
