Canceled within the trial period, but they're charging me a full year. The customer support is completely ignoring me, closing all of my requests for an explanation. A bunch of thieves.

Liars ! They will sign you up for the free trial, won’t send you an email to tell you it is over and bill you a full year. Then in contact with the team they assured me they removed me from the subscription and cancelled auto renewal, one year later I was once again billed for one year without any reminder what so ever. Total mess

Scam! They are making it seem like you are signing up for a 14-day trial, but actually you are signing up for a year which then includes a 14-day free period. Won’t refund me.

They will renew you automatically and lie about having sent a reminder email. They then refuse to refund you, even in the same day of renewal. Scammers!!!

I got charged 1 year subscription when I was in trial version. They replied they can't do nothing cause I have subscribed by google playstore..... google bot can't see anything wrong. This system must need to be changed. I not even using the app cause has not any use for me... I would have preferred give that money to who really need it... not them! The funny thing I thought I was an unfortunate case... but here there are many like me!!!! 💀💀💀

Ich bewerte sonst eigentlich nie etwas im Netz, aber über Headspace habe ich mich tatsächlich so geärgert, dass die erhoffte Entspannung, die die App verspricht, in weite Ferne gerückt ist... ich habe ein kostenfreies Probeabo abgeschlossen und dieses fristgerecht gekündigt. Im Angebot stand, dass in dem kostenfreien Zeitraum keine Gebühren anfallen und ich jederzeit kündigen könne... nach dem Probezeitraum wurden mir dennoch 57,99 Euro von meinem Paypalkonto abgebucht (für mich viel Geld, zumal ich die Angebote der App während des kostenfreies Probeabos nicht einmal nutzen konnte, da viele Mediationen dennoch gesperrt waren... ich habe faktisch nicht eine einzige Mediation gehört, obwohl ich es mehrfach versucht hatte...) Nun hoffe ich, dass Paypal mit das Geld zurück erstattet, aber wenn ich eure Fälle hier so lese, freue ich mich schon auf eine lange nervige Angelegenheit...

Beim Anmelden an der App wurde ohne Ankündigung ein Abo abgeschlossen, hierauf wurde ich als User nicht hingewiesen. Fast 1 Jahr später werde ich dann zur Verlängerung gebeten, leider fiel mir das Abo dann erst auf. Ich habe mich freundlich an den Support gewandt, die mich auf Google verwiesen haben. Verantwortlich ist aber Headspace selbst, auf meine erneute Anfrage habe ich eine pampige Antwort erhalten - ich hätte schließlich den AGBs zugestimmt. Das ist eine Unverschämtheit - Finger weg von dieser ohnehin schwachen App.
