How can I be sure its the real site , I waited 6 wks on my £19.99 headlight glasses by one get one free, Which I have not recieved, I desperately need a pair im stuck indoors as soon as darkness falls, what is the real web site address for me to be sure im getting the real ones

⚠️ Official Headlight Glasses are only available from headlightglasses.com & only shipped from USA ⚠️ We are very sorry to read that you waited six weeks, paid £19.99 for a buy one get one free offer you never received, and are now stuck indoors once it gets dark. We understand how upsetting and stressful this is, especially when you were relying on these glasses to help you feel safer. At the same time, if the order was placed with a copycat site since we don't have that offer of buy one take one for £19.99, this experience would not be related to our company, and a one star review in this situation can be hurtful to our small business when the issue did not originate with us. You may have ordered from a copycat or fake website, as all authentic Headlight Glasses are shipped from the USA and our only official website is headlightglasses.com. Please email [email protected] so we can confirm whether your order was placed with us, as we cannot find an order under the details shown here and will need your order information to verify this. Once we receive your email, we will carefully review the details to confirm whether the order came from us and guide you on the next steps. Best regards, Mary

Works really well but beware of copy cat site
I got these for my husband as he picks me up from work a couple time a week and although I had gotten him some clip on ones they still didn't stop him getting headaches from the bright lights, I originally saw a advert on Facebook but me being me googled it first to check it was a legitimate company, glad I did as the ones I bad seen is a copy cat company here in the UK where as the ones I actually order were the authentic one, only . UK was the difference in the website, hubby was so pleased with them they have cut out all the glare and said it's the first time he has actually quite enjoyed the drive home, I had to wait a couple of weeks for them to arrive as they are made in Arizona so have to come re airmail, they work really well so glad I checked out first so ordered from the correct company not a copycat which I think seeing their reviews just don't match up to the original product, we are very pleased with these, I got a spare care as well

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for highlighting the importance of ordering from the correct website Wendy. We are pleased to hear that your husband is enjoying the glasses and that they have helped reduce glare and make driving more comfortable. We appreciate you noting the difference between authentic Headlight Glasses and copycat sites, as this helps other customers make informed decisions. All genuine orders are shipped from the USA, and we are glad to hear yours arrived safely and met your expectations. Thank you again for your thoughtful review and support. Best regards, Mary

⚠️ Official Headlight Glasses are only available from headlightglasses.com & only shipped from USA ⚠️ You may have ordered from a copycat or fake website, as all authentic Headlight Glasses are shipped from the USA. The Facebook offer you mentioned offering two pairs for around £20 is not from our official website and is not a promotion we run. What we offer is free tracked shipping to the UK at no extra cost. Please email [email protected] so we can confirm whether your order was placed with us. We are sorry to hear about your experience Derek and understand your frustration. Offers like the one you described do not match the offers we had, which is why it is important to first confirm where the order was placed. After you email us, we will look into the details and let you know if the order was placed with our company, along with clear guidance on what to do next. Best regards, Mary

Great customer service
I experienced some difficulties with the delivery company not delivering my order. Once I got in touch with Headlight glasses, they were quick, efficient and great at resolving the problem. A superb service. Thank you. The glasses come in a handy case and although I’ve not had chance to try them out yet, they fit over my normal glasses easily and have useful side panels with the same colouring which will also help to reduce the glare. Well designed!

I fell for the copycat website…
I fell for the copycat website and placed an order there before putting faith in the claims of HeadlightGlasses and ordering from them too. I waited until I had received both (two weeks from the US) before doing a direct performance comparison by looking at the LED streetlamp outside my house. The copycat glasses were as disappointing as feared, and really only tinted the glare yellow with no difference to the brightness or the glare pattern. The “real thing” were an immediate success, with the glare pattern and bloom gone, and the amber colour, although slightly darker, making a real difference to the comfort of the light source, where I could now make out the detail of the bulb itself. The others will be going in the bin where they belong, and although I am a few quid down and annoyed at myself for lack of my usual research I am happy that I have a product which lives up to its claims.

Thank you for sharing such a detailed and thoughtful review Mr A, and for taking the time to compare your experience so carefully. Unfortunately, copycat websites do exist, so we appreciate you highlighting the difference once you tried the authentic product. We are very glad to hear that the genuine Headlight Glasses with Polarized LED GlareCut Technology™ (Fit Over Glasses) delivered the comfort and clarity you were looking for, with the soft orange lens helping your vision stay clear and making bright lights feel far less harsh. Authentic Headlight Glasses ship from the USA, and we also offer free tracked shipping to the UK at no extra cost. Thank you again for your honesty and for confirming that the real product lives up to its claims. Kind regards, Mary

These Do What They Promise!
While the glasses took a little longer than expected to arrive, when they did get here I was very pleased with the result. They effectively cut headlight glare so that it is no longer painful and distracting to drive at night. Their customer service was also top notch. I highly recommend both the company and their product!

We are glad to hear the glasses did what you hoped and helped make night driving more comfortable and less distracting. We also appreciate your kind words about our customer service.
