Neon looks great and I was thrilled they could recreate someone else’s design. Loved working with them to get just the design I wanted. Kept in contact and very customer focused. It was incredibly quickly completed and delivered without damage to the neon piece. Should have just screwed it into the wall instead of trying to use the plastic anchors. Overall though incredibly pleased. R. Katz

Process was fairly simple and great communication. Even though my business partners were very skeptical about the price, they came to meet me at a little lower to help me out. Product came and it’s fantastic!

Thank you! Ordered as a gift for my brother for his birthday. He hung the sign above his gaming pc and is thrilled about the overall look.

Very easy order and it was beautiful!

Love love out neon sign and can't wait to use it for our wedding!

Fast shipping and GREAT PRODUCT! I'm telling everyone how affordable and fast shipping this company is.

I bought this for our wedding rather than hiring from one of the wedding venues partners (it was about 1/3 of the cost!) after checking the reviews on trustpilot. They were really quick to respond to my question about lead time and after ordering it was here in 6 days. There was disappointment at first as the sign was faulty but after a quick message they promised a new one would be delivered in time for the wedding and it arrived only 2(!) days later! It worked perfectly and I was really impressed with the quality and it was a great addition to the wedding decor at the venue. Now we’re just trying to find a suitable spot to hang it at home.

Direct messaging to work on my custom sign. Very happy with it, lots of compliments!
