Most all my of orders have been delivered on time but not always accurate. It is getting better, however.

Delivered on time

My order is always on time and packed well . The easy order is a plus .Whenever I have to call customer service they are always pleasant and knowledgeable about the products I am inquiring about.

I have not been ordering long but from the beginning they were very helpful when I did not order they reached out to me and helped me finished the set up and order process.

Home Care Delivered provided advance notice of a shipment date for my supplies and had them on my fron door two days after that date.

Consistency of service

Service is consistent with delivery reminder every month. If an item is missing, it is noted on the delivery packing list that it will be shipped within a few days later. Only that it never came. This happens several times I had to call to ask. Then they put it on the next delivery month, not shipped instantly. So each time an item is missed, we missed it for 2 months.
