Well I call and had talked to someone before about my daughter wipes saying that she could get 20 packs and then right before her order came I called and confirmed her order and the lady that I spoke to was very rude to me saying I couldn’t get the amount I was asking for because of insurance she was very snappy

I waited 5 months for my fecal incontinence supplies. Ruined lots of my clothes in the meantime. I kept getting the run around about paperwork, prior auth, letter etc. A grievance with my insurance got me sent something..

Constantly different excuses when I asked why I'd not been sent supplies. Two months after surgery, they finally sent me a box. A month after I'd asked the account to be closed because they couldn't get their act together. Mercy Supply and Providence had my box in the mail the same day I initially called them. HCD NOT RECOMMEND!!
