Home Care DeliveredReviews of hcd.com

Wasn't thrilled with the hard time we got when transitioning from another DME to you guys. Then since you guys use cheaper product it was hard to fine a facsimile that could work as well as the previous products.

Very easy to use the system and reorder. Do not like the constant phone calls to remind me to order. I know when I need to re-order, based on the supplies I have left. No need for the constant calling, very intrusive, and annoying.

On three occasions I have had sensors fall of quite a few days before it came time to change. Each time I have called Home Care Delivered and was told that it was not their problem, but to call the manufacturer, which I did. The manufacturer told me all they did was make the product and that the supplier had to handle that. Bottom line -- I went without a sensor for several days three times.

Always room for improvement.

You could do better getting product delivered just a little quicker, we are all out by the time you ship, don’t know why when order is placed it takes 2 weeks for you all to ship?

It's like pulling teeth to get items added to your order.

Products are always delivered as promised. However, I'm not pleased about switching to a lower-quality brand.

When I first started my next shipment would arrive 2 or 3 days early. This is not the case now. Two shipments ago it arrived 2 days after my sensor expired and I had to go back to finger sticks. This shipment arrived 30 minutes prior to the sensor expiration. The fist shipment I spoke about homecare blamed it on the weekend. Well you knew that. Ship it a day early to cover the weekend. You have blamed Medicare for these problems. Again sounds like BS to me. Why does the affect Dexcom and not ant of my drugs including insulin.
