This company only carries one brand for each item you may need. As a result, no diversity can be considered for different body types. My son cannot wear the pull-ups they offer because the brand does not make any that cover a persons buttocks fully, just goes up the middle like a sanitary napkin. The other brands they advertise DO offer options that cover a persons backside, but they choose to only use bed pads for those brands now. Would not recommend this company if you want to be able to try options that may fit. The insurance has been billed twice now for items we cannot use. They won’t take them back so I will donate or trash them. Waste of taxpayer dollars

Hello I received a call from Home Care Delivered stating you all have made a corporate decision to only provide First Quality Brand Products. For ten years you all provided me Pampers Size 6 diapers to use as a pad, as I have sensory issues related to autism and they are the one product I can stand in addition to Luvs. This decision as affected me greatly. In a comment here in December HCD stated "when an individual wants a different product brand, we recommend walking through with us the specific need, and we can find a product that works for that person. The fit and comfort of the product for the person is critical to having the right product" You all claim the comfort is critical, well I have sensory issues and what I have used works.

Two items were ready for delivery. Picked one to be delivered and when I went to have the other one be delivered they said I had to wait until the next delivery date. Even though it had been 6 months since they last delivered it. This service sucks.

Did not get full order

Wow! In years past I have been blown away by the customer service, and reccommended HCD to everyone I knew that needed services. However, in July I realized our authorization amount had dropped significantly, which could have been resolved by paperwork being filled out and sent to insurance. However, I decided since we needed an increase from authorization paperwork I would adjust the size at the same time. After talking to no less than 15 different HCD associates & upwards of 4.5hrs on the phone with them, it is now December and this is first order that has had the updated size and correct number of supplies! I have talked to 3 different supervisors in regards to this situation, each one of them claimed they would follow up and make sure that the order got situated personally! NOT ONE did!!! I am so incredibly upset, angry, and confused by the lack of followup when you guys used to be ON the BALL! I am so sad by this MASSIVE failure in customer service that you guys used to be known for!

Indeed !! I told I get my supplies delivered.But I only got one thing said complete ..I didn't need a suger checker I have many..but no other supplies..and I've read the reviews now..

constantly calling asking for resupply barely any time in between. then there's the emails and texts. these guys are definitely up to something this rating cannot be accurate. constant harassment to get more supplies.
