My only issue is you send the needed sensors when I have already run out so that I wait 3-8 days before I get the replacement

The pullups we receive are not of great quality and often rip on the sides while our daughter is wearing them.

My urological supply package was missed delivered. I was contacted by HCD and left a voice message to please return their call. I returned their call only to speak with an agent that had no idea what was going on. Very inexperienced. After several minutes, I was placed on hold. When the agent returned, the agent stumbled over her words and could not tell me what the problem was. Eventually a supervisor assisted on the call, and after 20 minutes, I was instructed that a new package would be sent.

The quality of the incontinence supplies are very low. They rip easily, sometimes by just pulling one out of the package. We have also had 2 barrier creams recalled in less than a year. Shows they are definitely utilizing the lowest price items possible.

The big box it's sealed good it falls apart upon delivery.

Dislike that they stopped sending the diapers my child needs. The cheap.ones they sending don't work good at all.
