The only thing I don’t like is when they send my Dexcom if it’s on a weekend I have to wait till Tuesday of that week to get it and I ran out of the 10 days. Why can’t they send it a day early so you’ll have it when u run out. I only get a month supply (3) why not 3 month supply. My doctor sent my paperwork in and said to send me Dexcom 7 but they sent me Dexcom 6. I just don’t get it cause I’m type 2 diabetes and my blood sugar most of the time is high and if I run out after 10 days I have to wait till Tuesday cause they don’t work on the weekend.

Your drivers do not seem to want to follow instructions when I pacifically. Told them to call me when they’re about 5-10 minutes away from my house and to use the intercom system when they get here and call me, they are not allowed to walk in behind anybody. I don’t care if the door is wide open and nobody can let them be if they’re here for me they call me. They don’t seem to follow instructions.

When I got my mom/stepmother, signed up on the program to see her incontinent supplies, adult undergarments, bed pads, and wet wipes she received the best. The bad pads were bigger sicker. Now they’re thin and see-through., the adult care underwear are nothing compared to depends, and we have not received the wet wipes. Dad and I are grateful for everything that she receives. However, why did the quality of the product go down after the first shipment?!?!?

Delays in paperwork, left my dad without supplies. For him, this can be a life of death situation

You all bother me excessive with phone calls all damn day!! When I need supplies I will call you. This company bothers ne non stop!!

I'm giving 2 stars ONLY because the CS reps I've spoken with have been kind. Supplies that were supposed to shipped on 1/30 haven't been shipped. I called on 2/6...told there was a glitch in the system, it's fixed now, your supplies will ship today. No shipment. Call 2/7...the exact same story. Call today - told the situation was fixed and the supplies were released for shipping...but not until after 5:30 - the shipping department closes at 4:30!! Now I'm being told to call back around noon to get a tracking number.

Do not like these. They bunch up to much. Can see the bulge under your clothes.
