Customer Service has improved.

They are a good company even if they call me a hundred times about my next shipment

I love the product - been using it for about 5 years. Lately though delivery of the product has been sometimes a day or 2 after I have run out. This past month they did not arrive until 2 full days after I had run out. Thank goodness, in preparation for sometjing like this to happen I purchased an extra box just in case. This month I went into the extra box for two full days of catheters That's 8 in total.

Delivery to your door. In a brown box.so nobody knows what's inside.

Delivery and packing of orders are great. Ordering is an easy process. I would give 5 stars, but often I do find out that items have been replaced by alternate items or there had been times when an item is no longer provided by HMD and I do not find these out until my order arrives. It would be helpful to know that ahead of time so I can make some other arrangements.

I am pleased with HCD!
