Shipping on time, with accurate order. Issue I have is the product list is not accurate, someone made change to brand not on my Christmas Hospital Wound Care provider list.

They are polite when you speak with them but when I order it takes about 2 weeks before the supplies are shipped. I’ve called on that before.

Always seems to be an issue at time of order renewal, needed CMN, etc. When I contain HCD, representative states they are going to handle it. This happens with more than one representative.

The sensors should be ordered every 2 weeks so Mom doesn't have to go without them which causes her to get finger pricked to check blood sugar levels three or more times a day. The orders are not being sent out on a consistent 2 week time frame so she is without the sensor for a day to three days while she waits for new delivery.

Every year we go through the same thing. Beginning of the year they short us by 7 packs and then send an email that he has been approved for the full amount. Okay but what am I supposed to do for the rest of the month when he runs out. Because these are a medically necessity Medicaid has approved him for the full amount

They were a good company to work with. My supplies were always mailed out on time, unfortunately I never got them. They use Fedex as their shipper and my package was never delivered on time. If I wanted to get it I had to reroute them to a Dollar General, which is a 20 mile round trip. I tried to keep this company by calling them to find out if they could use a different shipper and the answer was no. So I had to switch to Gaboro who ship's USPS now I'll get my supplies on time.

75% of the time I do not get my new sensors in time and have to go a day or two without! Once it was a whole week! they do not ship on Saturday or Sunday so if your ship day falls on the weekend they ship Monday NOT Friday so your going to get your sensors late and that happens a lot. Also if they say to you we will call you Don't hold your breath! that call will never come!

In one month we received it in the date 2 and the other date we received at date 4 which make us inconvenient. Most of the time we don’t receive trucking notices.
