I had replied to the two week in advance notice that we would need diapers and was told when they would be sent. But they never arrived and when I checked online it kept saying that they were going to be shipped that day. Last month we had totally run out of diapers before we received our order, too. Finally, I submitted a complaint and they were shipped. Shipping now takes much longer than it did in past years.

It seems my shipping date is forever running afoul of weekends and holidays. My prescription for the continuous glucose monitor should be refilled every 30 days. Or preferably a day less if possible to avoid delays. But it never happens. Once in a great while I actually get a timely delivery. Would be nice if you could ship things on Friday instead of waiting for Monday. And then the stuff that was delayed until Monday ships on Tuesday.

Fax number on paperwork sent to dr office was incorrect has to call and get employee email to send documents then employee wasn't there next day so couldn't process order then when I got first order ot wasn't complete half of what I ordered then had to call get supervisor to send rest of order from beginning of process to end was 5 weeks

My husband had to wait 2 additional days and when I called for assistance she was very rude and did not offer any options. Never mentioned what she could do only stated what she couldn't do. I hung up on her because she so focused on what she couldn't do and her unwillingness to help was very disappointing. Makes me 2nd guess why I should stay with you. Plus my bill increased and I got pushed off to my husband ins company. So very disappointed. Never had a problem until this months delivery.

FedEx is still continuing to deliver 4 small boxes 📦 into a bigger box 🗃️ which still hasn’t been addressed and this has been going on for months and I’m not the only that has complained about this issue

Packages consistently not sealed well. They are delivered either lose and opening or completely opened. And this is not just the taping but also the gluing at the bottom of the box.
