I wouldn’t use them except no choice insurance swap from Medline which we never had problems with for over ten years this company has been a constant headache trying to get products correct and receiving them for months

Don't give me thicker pads or thicker bed pads i ask for poor service have called a few times and never get what i ask for when i talk to customers service they say they will change what i ask for they never do poor poor service all i ever get

Horrible experience. Called multiple times to get my items the right thing an they kept making me get paperwork that ive already tookrn care of. After I talked to someone an they confirmed the right thing I still received the wrong items. This has happened multiple times.. very frustrating

I still need my delivery address changed and confirmation of my patient financial aid

My mother-in-law has been a loyal customer with HCD for almost six years. She is completely bedridden, has lost both of her legs, and suffers from dementia, so our family depends heavily on the quality and durability of her medical products. For years, we were very pleased with the Medline products HCD provided — they were well-made, reliable, and comfortable. Unfortunately, since HCD switched to Prevail, the quality has dropped drastically. The disposable pads are cheaply made; padding falls out when opening them, and they tear easily during daily use. The Prevail diapers are just as bad — they rip while being put on or even while she’s wearing them. These products do not meet the needs of patients who depend on them for comfort and dignity. It’s incredibly disappointing that HCD would replace a trusted brand with something so inferior. Families like ours rely on these supplies for the well-being of our loved ones, and HCD should seriously reconsider distributing such poor-quality products.

You say my supplies are not covered my insurance says they are you bill me when it’s all paid for

Sent text or email to renew order but then you take 1 month to send it. This has been an ongoing issue for year with my account. Then you call several times just say nothing about what day your going to send the order.

Not send improper products. I want Nothing from you or your service. Horrible experience
