I have never had a problem with either the staff, or the products from Home Care Delivered. When I phone customer service, they have answers to my questions and are polite. I have been a customer for more than a year. Would recommend them highly.

Individuals taking our orders are always very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Supplies arrive very quickly after an order is placed and are always accurate. Recently a product we have used for years suddenly changed and was no longer available. A different product was substituted without explanation and I feel like that should have been explained to me before I received the product.

Convenient to shop on line. Prompt reminder to order your supplies. Staff has outstanding phone etiquettes. Very professional and helpful when I places my mother's order. Supplies are always available and arrives promptly. The staff is well knowledgeable of the company and it's procedures. I will highly recommend this company to family and friends.
