Customer service is very knowledgeable in the products they have for different conditions. They are caring, polite, & patient. I have so many medical things going on in my life, and misplace phone numbers & calenders & paperwork, but your employees have always called or emailed me (sometimes they have had to do it several times because I have forgot or I don't have a signal on my phone), but they make sure that I get what I need each month. The delivery time is also so fast and in excellent condition. I will tell anyone I run into about Home Care Delivered. Thank you for caring!

excellent company, have never had a problem with them, for my brain injured son

I can only complain about wishing I was not left without diapers for a period of 1 week and having to buy diapers in the store. Which is very costly. I am on a very short and strict budget. Otherwise your service is excellent and when I need to speak with customer service about anything they are very nice and always helpful to my needs.
