quick reponse and freindly caring staff

I love the convenience of ordering. However I HATE not being able to go online to pay my bill. Calling to pay so very inconvenient. Bring back online payments.

I have enjoyed years of service through this company and believe i will enjoy many more. The problem id once a company becomes the very best they can be there is no longer room for growth. I gave 4 stars because I hope to see the company continue to grow well into the future. The delivery, and over all service with our orders has always been top notch as well.

HCD staff are very helpful on the phone in solving concerns and unusual situations. The only thing I would ask is to look at mee music for call waiting. Thanks

Company does a good job of shipping supplies in a timely manner. Communication between provider and supplier could be better. Delivery of medical records every six months is always a hassle.

On time deliveries

HCD has provided my Diabetic supplies for several years. It has been very trustworthy and I often recommend them. The exception occurs when verification for my doctor's orders has been questionned, I think by Medicare. At times, more information was required and a signature was missing. This has required my active contact between HCD and my doctor. It is this frustration that results in 4 stars instead of 5. Thank You.
