Home Care DeliveredReviews of hcd.com

The box was delivered by FedEx and left out in the open. Due to heavy rains the box and the contends were completely destroyed. Our house has two(2) PROTECTED entrances but neither was used as the drop off point. I have requested a re-order from Homecare Delivered but this has NOT been confirmed. Dennis Kostis

I called in reference to an order. One of my items are no longer available on your list. SO, I did some leg work and found from the company that you use another item that is equivalent and the new number that needs to be ordered. I called your customer service department with the info and I was told they need to add it to your list of items to order. I've been waitng to hear back and as of date I've heard nothing.

In the past six months all my monthly orders arrived in split shipments. I am only receiving two items, test strips and sensors. Test strips were always on back order. When I called customer service, they expressed no urgency in the matter. I viewed their response as “ It’s On Back Order” and that meant it’s out of their hands and they can’t do anything about it. I never liked that. Now, my most recent order arrived and I received a completely new test meter and new test strips. They changed that on their own, I was never notified or updated. I think there is room for improvement in their policy.

Staff is great but business decisions hurt our family. Very disappointing they only carry one brand now .

Instead of calling me to tell me my insurance was being billed wrong I now have to back pay for all my CGM sensors that I have been getting from you all. This could have been avoided if you would have taken the time to look at the account and see that no payments had been made. Very disappointing
