I am impressed. But I'm not sure how to get in touch with company when j need more supplies. Also, need to get some pads to go down on the bed in case of accidents.

Home Care Delivered has the best customer service I’ve come across when it comes to medical mail order supplies. They are prompt, responsive and keep me updated on the status of my order. Their staff is the best. When they say they’ll follow-up with me or call me, they actually do it! They also handled majority of my paperwork (insurance approval, doctor’s orders/prescriptions, etc) which is very convenient. Best of all, when I call them, I get to speak with a customer service rep right away (no waiting on hold for 30-40 mins). I highly recommend them.

I love Home Care Delivered. I made an order and it was sent so quickly. After I got my box I had realized I had gotten the wrong item. So I called and the representative was very helpful and made sure I had the correct item. She then sent the request to my doctor for the item. It was all taken care of. I waited another week and got my item. Thank you so much.
