I’m reading these reviews and it’s very hard to believe all the negative reviews on Home Care Delivered Medical Supply Company. After desperately getting out of Healthy Living Medical Supply Company, Home Care Delivered is who I contacted to ask questions first for I made a decision, was told to call back 30 days before my next shipment is due. I did just that and I must say the transition was smooth like butter, they submitted all the appropriate paperwork to my Endocrinologist and Insurance company. When I inquired about how does my co pay work? Was told I’ll be billed monthly, I was shocked and speechless, at Healthy Living I had to pay my full co pay before they even shipped my diabetic supplies out.They ship every 3 months which I had to pay $153.00 every three months, Just to have bull service. Once Home Care informed me my bill would be $51.00 a month. I’ve have not had one bad service from them, supplies never late, telephone approximately a couple weeks before due to make certain I’m not short on supplies. All my Dexcom G6 Sensors,Transmitter, Test Strips comes from Home Care. Each time I reached out to them it was rather pleasant and takes 1-2 minutes to answer my questions I may need answered. Never a long wait time to speak with a representative at all. I’ve been with them about a year now and never been more satisfied. Even told my Endocrinologist to recommend her patients to them, my doctor was well aware Healthly Living were so unprofessional and supplies never on time, the wait time to speak with a rep was over an hour plus..another company I got out of was Hart Medical, can say I’ve been relaxed knowing I no longer need to stress this company is a gods send, would recommend anyone to them.
