I am overall pleased with this company for my special needs son’s needs. My only complaint is they have delayed shipment on more than one occasions.

Everyone I've spoken to has been very nice. The only problem I've had has been with delivery due mostly to UPS. I must have a signature required on all deliveries or packages are dumped at the highway instead of my house. A few days ago the signature required directions for the driver were not added. Not only was the shipment dropped at the road it was gone the next morning when I tried to get them picked up. However Home Care is solving the problem and hopefully no one will forget to add the signature required.

Home Care Delivered provides excellent customer service, is quick to respond to my son's needs re supplies, and provide top tier supplies.

Delivery & customer service very good. My problem is with the quality of the diapers.
