GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HELPFUL

My son has received ostomy and diaper supplies from this company for a few years now. They’re such an amazing company; I often joke that I wish they would expand to feeding supplies as well! That way, I could get all my son’s supplies from them. Of course, I have to give Home Care Delivered a shout out, they have one of the best customer services I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. Everything gets handled without you the parent/patient having to reach out to doctors etc. for orders (which I’ve had to do for another supply company). One thing that I truly respect about this company is that they take the time to help you. For example: i was having a hard time finding the right fit for my son’s diaper, the representative took a few minutes going over the issue and offering to send samples out to see what would work best for the situation. I appreciate the time and dedication they took to help us resolve our issue. Lastly, The ordering system is online and simple so it’s easy to use and the supplies ship out super fast!!
