I know this review sounds over-the-top but, every word of it is true... HCD has provided me with my monthly, necessary incontinence supplies for years (billing my insurance directly). Their service has consistently been problem-free. The order process is always seamless. The customer service (when I've need it) is A-Class. Doing business with HCD is a pleasure and other companies should take a lesson from them.

They work with my mom’s doctor to get all the necessary documents for insurance approval. They call to give me updates every couple of weeks until it’s taken care of. It’s easy to get a hold of someone via phone.
