I receive my supplies in a timely manner. I like receiving an email to have me review my order and approve processing it for delivery. I gave a 4 rating because I want to approve what is bei g shipped; but, I have a hard time trying to figure out how to view what is being shipped.

Great customer service

Every thing is good except for the new brand of stoma paste. It does not dry under the wafer and stool leaks under irritation he skin. The previous paste did not act this way

The shipping and service from this company is outstanding, always on time and courtesy seems to be a priority. The product however isn’t great. My grandchild is special needs and not potty trained. The small adult pull-ups are not great at all. They leak every single time she uses the bathroom. I spend more time cleaning up urine and changing her clothes then I don’t.

Everything was so easy to do for my client! She doesn't have to deal with the pharmacy or store. Also qualifying for additional products is great!

Shina, was very helpful, caring, understood what I was trying to explain . I had a hard time prior to speaking with her. She left me a message to call back and when I did; I told the other (F) rep. I was returning a call to Shina that she had left me a message to call her back and the Rep Hung up on me. I emailed Shina and she called me back within a few minutes and apologized for the other Rep.. I just need to talk to someone about afew things now.

Great service and helpful

One box was damaged during shipping and had to be repackaged. Product inside was fine.
