It is difficult to get any changes made. Doctor will call and fax in information repeatedly and it won’t be processed. Finally after multiple inquiries, we will be told something is missing or a signature is needed….…meanwhile I am running out of diapers for my son. This happens every 6 months!

My pullups come on time every month. The only thing is I was getting the padding for my beds and the wipes to clean myself up but they stopped sending them.
